Welcome to your journey in yoga! For those new to the practice, we invite you to start with Sahaja Yoga to gently ease into the experience. If you have some prior yoga experience, we suggest beginning with our Gentle Yoga class to reawaken your body and mind.
Our recommendation for your progression: Sahaja or Sama Yoga > Traditional Yoga > Gentle Yoga > Hatha Basic > Hatha Vinyasa > Dynamic Hatha.
