This class consists of heavy and intense breathing techniques practiced to control the vital energies of your body. Before you attend this class, you MUST have a pre-requisite of Beginner Pranayama and Meditation Course and it is not recommended for beginner or intermediate level students.
Pranayama is an effective way to increase your energy levels while reducing stress, and regular practitioners enjoy increased control over body and mind. Classes begin with a series of stretching asanas, followed by Pranayama and ending with a short meditation.
