This class is designed for absolute beginner students but can also benefit intermediate levels. In this class we will carefully introduce you to yoga by teaching the fundamentals and basic postures. It is important students learn how practice postures correctly from the beginning.

“Sahaja” means easy. All of our classes are forms of Hatha Yoga. “Ha” means sun, representing action while “tha” means moon, representing emotion. The balance of action and emotion are slowly aligned resulting in a smooth and more enjoyable life.
