This class focuses on the athletes needs of speed, agility, and, proper running mechanics.We want to educate the athlete on how and what is the purpose of performance training explain to them the (why and how) the weight room is used to help with their on field performance. Taking today’s athlete and making them bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter.  I teach movement, skills, and create a monster mentality in every athlete all while having fun doing it.
