This series offers a space to slow down, soften and listen.  Attend one class or all four to deepen your practice.

Each class is designed to support the nervous system while guiding you into a deeper relationship with your internal landscape. Through restorative postures, breath, and subtle movement, you'll begin to notice patterns, sensations, and responses with greater clarity without the need to change or fix anything. 

Week by week, we build gently creating the conditions for awareness to unfold naturally, and for presence to deepen in a way that feels sustainable and real.

Week 1: Philosophy of Awareness + Practice + Journal

Week 2: Pranayama (Breath) + Practice + Journal

Week 3: Sensation & Subtle Movement + Practice + Journal

Week 4: Immersive Restorative Practice + Integration + Group Discussion

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
