This workout is in the honor of our very own Norah Bruther. Her story and love will always be in us as every remembers Norah in a very special way. She was not only a great athlete but she was an awesome friend and family member to so many of us. So with honor we continue to keep her in the light every day. But this day is designated for Norah.
