This class is designed strictly for football players that need to increase Strength, Speed, &, power. All with the proper technique of olympic lifting. When we look at the game of football we think of all three phase strength, speed, & power and we try to figure out our way to do so in the off season. I have designed this program to help with all those phases and use the weight room to help enhance our over all performance. With this program we monitor you on a 1 rep max on our big lifts and how it revolves around movement and performance on the field. Along with this program we EAT for gains monitoring your daily nutrition laying out a plan that works best for each individual athlete to maximize strength and increase speed all while developing muscle and cutting body fat to create more healthier habits.
