warrior woman group training is not your typical workout for women. This class is for all you already super moms and women ready for an intense workout just for you. Don’t be fooled by the word “intense” – all exercises can be modified to build strength as well as confidence to get you training like a warrior. All women are welcome, regardless of ability.  Remember, you are a WARRIOR.
