This class is designed for ages 7 -12. Where we focus on the athletes running mechanics, change of direction and increasing their overall core strength through body weight exercises and startling to teach them about weights Also teach them how to stretch after their workouts. As we have carefully spent time and endless amounts of studying on how to enhance the youth performance program. MY own son is a testament for this program I know your athlete will be as well.
