Check In & Touch Base: Follow-up for Coaching, Mentoring, & Jyotisha Clients
Purchase: This pass is ONLY for continuing coaching, yoga meditation, and/or Jyotisha clients. Your investment signifies your continued commitment to inner exploration with coaching guidance and yoga meditation practice, as well as Jyostisha consultations. If you are seeking guidance on specific issues, please email Virginia at least one week PRIOR to your session, including the issue and questions you have, so she can complete the necessary work. There are NO REFUNDS so it is your responsibility to make an informed decision and maintain your commitment to your practice.
Scheduling: Once payment is made, email Virginia (alligatoryoga@gmail.com) for scheduling your Check In & Touch Base session. Note that these sessions are in very high demand, and are what keeps our physical studio open and your teacher fed and her magical work continuing: Hence, if you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you must provide notice within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session. If you do not provide 48-hour notice, you forfeit that session and will not be able to reschedule it. This policy is firm. For sessions that qualify for rescheduling, the rescheduled session must be made up within two weeks of the original booked date, or that offer is forfeited.
Time: The Check In & Touch Base includes ONE 90-minute session on zoom OR (for North Florida residents) an in-person session at your home or preferred practice space. We both agree to arrive a few moments early to begin our sessions on time and end each session on time. Occasionally, I offer the opportunity to extend 90-minute sessions to 120 minutes; if this is the case, I will confirm with you in advance this works for both our schedules. Additionally, after your session, Virginia is available to answer your questions or concerns via e-mail or texting. Responses are provided within 48 hours, if response times do not exceed one hour's time. Complex inquiries that exceed one hour responses may require an additional session.
Dates: You have SIX MONTHS to complete your Check In & Touch Base session. The six month count begins on the date of payment for this pass. Sessions not used during this time will be forfeited.
Transfer: If you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Package; no refunds are provided. Your registration and payment are non-refundable, but fully transferable. In other words, if you cannot attend, send a friend. This Package is not transferable to a future event, training, course, offering, immersion, retreat, or class. All requests for transfers must be received in writing to alligatoryoga@gmail.com.
