WELCOME! This is a SUPER inspiring group of Wednesday morning regular yoga enthusiasts of ALL LEVELS. We have absolute beginners, and folks who have been up to yoga a while. We cover basic yoga postures at a gentle pace, and we also emphasize breath work (this helps calm the nervous system and, in term, the muscles, and it is simply a LIFE-CHANGER toward more wellness). Everything is cued and demonstrated for you, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
