You will learn very a simple mantra of the breath, and also practice a longer mantra that heals the mind. After an asana (physical) practice to bring more spaciousness in the body, and to strengthen the back and bring mobility to the hips, and experiencing a deepening relaxation and meditation, you’ll also gain direct experience of an ancient mantra that embodies the yoga of radiance.
It is rewarding to know more about various aspects of mantra practice and to link the use of mantras to your spiritual aspirations.
