Whether your love of movement is through yoga, strength training, or something else, the principles of working with scoliosis remain the same. In this 4-week series, learn how you can adapt your movements to be more beneficial to your own unique curve pattern. Each week we'll discuss various aspects of scoliosis like curve vs concavity, lateral spinal shift, rotation, and translation and learn how to use breath, padding and posture to bring ourselves greater support and (over time) greater symmetry.
