This course is specifically designed for beginners, with an emphasis on those looking to get into a fitness routine, improve their fitness level, and especially those looking to move more efficiently with less aches and pains.
Each session is carefully crafted to improve strength, flexibility, and balance using a variety of exercises and techniques. The goal is to develop functional movement patterns that translate to real-life activities, allowing you to move with ease and confidence in your daily life. In addition to our weekly in person class, you will receive at home workouts to help you progress throughout the course.
Equipment used will include dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, a chair and suspension trainer (trx). Home workouts will have options for both resistance bands and dumbbells.
