In this class we'll focus on pristine spine sparring movements, core strength/endurance, mobility of the larger joints such as the hips and shoulders, as well as overall body alignment. This is NOT a flow class. Those with herniations, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and hyper-kyphosis are welcome in this class as well as those who are simply interested in learning about back health. However, if you are currently experiencing moderate to high levels of pain, please reach out to Mandy and discuss your particular situation before registering. This class will be offered in person only so that Mandy can keep a closer eye on everyone.
