In this mindful movement imagine yourself rowing a boat, moving a mountain or walking on the
beach counting backwards through each stroke, push or step. Counting backwards reminds you
that sometimes a short pause is all you need to help manage pain or anger. Giving yourself that
sense of self love provides you with the wisdom of not harming others as well.
** Make sure you have enough space to walk in a circle or back and forth across the room.**
