This workshop inspires wellness through integrating movement, body awareness and the Arts. Through these experiences, we learn to cultivate and trust our own internal body-mind system as well as non- verbally communicate and/or connect to our thoughts and feelings. This inspires growth and change physically, mentally and spiritually. Combining hands-on creativity, artistic expression and movement enables participants to destress while also having fun in a safe environment. Whether practicing for health, stress management or simply for the sheer pleasure of it, participants gain a sense of inner calm and stronger body awareness.

No artistic or yoga experience necessary - come as you are in comfortable clothing you can move, stretch and dance in!
