Each month, the full moon gives us the opportunity to focus on something new. In this class, we will incorporate balance, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness to explore the moon’s focus of the month. With meditation at the beginning and the end of each practice, this class invites you to explore how movement of the body changes your perception. This class is suitable for all levels, utilizing both ground work and standing postures.
