Through flowing Qigong movements, relaxed abdominal breathing, and gentle Dao Yin Yoga, you'll explore simple yet powerful flows to settle the mind and cultivate balance throughout the body. Dao Yin Yoga supports Qigong by combining wave-like movement and seated postures to lead and guide the flow of your life-force energy.
