Perfect for seniors or anyone wanting a lighter class, this low-impact class is designed to build strength, move safely & improve balance.  Each session includes low impact cardio for heart health, resistance using weights or bands for muscle & bone strength, balance training for stability & coordination, & stretching to enhance flexibility & mobility.
