This class explores a variety of postures drawing on the traditions of qigong, yoga, and somatic mindfulness. Each 45 minute session includes gentle movement and postures, self-massage, breath work, sound healing, and meditation. By weaving together uplifting music with body awareness, participants discover new avenues for connection and understanding in their lives. No prior experience is required, everyone is invited to participate.
