Embark on a unique journey with our Elemental Yoga series, inspired by the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. 

These elements not only shape the world we live in but also reside within our bodies. Each element has its own unique traits, poses, chakras, and energy that manifest in different ways. When our elemental bodies are in harmony, we experience a profound sense of strength, vibrancy, health, and energy.

These six 75-minute classes will help support each element and make you aware of any balances or imbalances within. Whether finding stability and grounding with the earth element, fluidity with water, or strength and power with fire, we will unite our bodies, minds, and spirits while making a beautiful connection to the world. Our sixth and final class, on February 12, will celebrate all five elements under the full moon. 

Each class will include meditation, philosophy, asana, and breathwork. All levels are welcome. 

Wednesdays: January 8, 2025 - February 12, 2025, 6:30-7:45

$90 per 6-week session

You may drop-in for individual classes using our regular drop-in pass.
