Looking for a class that will engage and challenge you whatever your level? In this class, alignment is emphasized. A variety of props are used to make poses doable/accessible for all bodies and allow us to find new ways of being in poses*. Postures may be repeated and/or held while bringing awareness to anatomy and finding extension and stability throughout the body. Each week will feature a different family of poses (standing, forward bends, back extension, twists, etc.) Individual feedback is offered throughout the class for those who would like it.  
*prop suggestions will be provided for those attending on zoom
