Let this class level up your vinyasa practice! Combining breath, energy, movement and intention this flow will link a series of postures together using fun transitions and uplifting music. The physical postures will help build balance, strength, and flexibility while the class focus will increase the mind/body/soul connection. While you do not have to be a yoga master to attend, this class does assume you are familiar with basic yoga poses. Different pose variations are given so you may practice at your own comfort level.
