Center your mind and calm your body with this evening intermediate flow that releases tension as you deepen your flexibility while building strength and balance. It is both relaxing and challenging! We will refine beginner poses and introduce intermediate/advanced poses while focusing on linking poses with breath to create a moving meditation. You can expect a breath-inspired, mindful practice blending the elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation. An excellent opportunity to get you out of your head and into your body.
