In this class you will get to taste and experience herbs that are helpful to calm your nervous system and reduce stress. In addition you will learn breathing techniques and a hands-on therapeutic touch meditation technique to aid in relaxation. Herbal face compress, topical oils including CBD and herbal tea and treats will be provided.
