Gentle Chair Yoga allows you the opportunity to explore mobility gently & safely from a seated position. Opportunities to stand will be offered with the support of the chair for standing/balancing. The chair can also offer more space between the ground & body for postures such as forward folding, table, lunges & down dog allowing you to the opportunity to access these postures with a gentler approach. Variations will be offered to meet every body. This class is recommended for anyone seeking a gentle & accessible practice.
