This class employs mindful movement in partnership with breath to build greater stability, mobility, and strength in your muscles and joints. Using body weight, props, balance poses, and focus on core, this practice supports the cultivation of beneficial movement patterns, deep core stability, muscle tone and length, and the health of the central physiological systems. This is a wonderful opportunity to build additional strength toward arm balances and reconnect with your core musculature.
