Summer Solstice: Yoga Flow + Reiki - In Studio

The summer solstice is the longest, brightest day of the year where the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. Channel the transformative qualities of the summer solstice during this flow class where we'll build our inner fire, connect to our individual power and give gratitude to the sun. We'll balance that heat with a cooling relaxation. Throughout our flow, Rae will be offering Reiki to the group. Please note that this class will be capped at 20 participants.
