In this class we will cover affordable and safe herbs to strengthen and support the immune system including a variety of herbs and how to use/make them such as Echinecha, Elderberry, Astragulus, Reishi and other mushrooms, Garlic, Pine, Oregano and many more! You will go home with a goodie bag and handouts for further learning.
