Asthanga Inspired: Breath & Bandha Restore

This restorative class is a gentle and slower paced class, perfect for all levels. In this class students will learn to make connections to breath and bandha (core strength) while moving into restorative postures that will help to reduce stress and increase strength and awareness, and give an overall feeling of balance between body breath and mind.
