In this class the teacher will focus on taking you through the first backbends of Nāḍi Śodhana - 2nd Series safely. The class will start with Ashtanga foundational asanas then move through a few primary series postures to then take you into the backbends that start second series. Options, alternative and preparatory postures will be given to allow for everyone to attend this extremely beneficial class that focuses on the strengths, flexibility, stability and health of your spine and calms your nervous system.
