The Moon Sequence is series of postures based on the foundation of setting breath and movement together, (vinyasa). It was created as a compliment to the Ashtanga series by Matthew Sweeney, however it is suitable for all levels of all yoga practices. If you are new or experienced to an asana (posture) practice, this class is excellent way to close your work week and set you up for your weekend.
