In the 3 Breath Half Primary classes, students at all levels will be verbally guided through half of the Primary Series postures. This is not necessarily intended for beginner students as the class moves at an energetic and steady pace having students move in and out of asana quickly so some knowledge of asana is recommended. This class rapidly becomes a true vinyasa class holding postures for only 3 breaths and increasing your heart similar to a 40 min run. This class increases and challenges endurance and stamina while the breath control teaches you to be calm even in high stressed situations.
