Pilates Foundation is a low impact class that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core.
Students will be taught the fundamental principles of breath and core work in the context of the Pilates Method and how to apply this in their daily activities. No previous Pilates experience necessary.
