Expect opportunities to build strength, stability, mobility, and focus through thoughtfully layered flows that encourage both physical challenge and mindful movement.

Levels: All, but best for Intermediate/Advanced
Music: Yes
Heat: Yes, 90-95 degrees

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
