60 minute Vinyasa mid-day break to squeeze in an invigorating practice to get the blood circulating and the mind rejuvenated for the mad afternoon/evening rush.

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
Clothing requirement:
Students must wear clean, comfortable athletic or movement apparel appropriate for a group fitness class. Practicing in only intimate apparel or undergarments is prohibited. Yodega is a shared movement space, all participants are expected to wear clothing that supports both athletic activity and a respectful, comfortable environment for everyone.
