Join us for a unique and inspiring evening to discuss, and practice the dharma with inspiration from the writings of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, activist, and teacher. We’ll read Peace Is Every Step, a simple and practical guide for finding the path of mindfulness in everyday life. We’ll discuss ways we’ve been able to build greater awareness into our daily lives, and the challenges we face in doing so. And, we’ll apply teachings from the book into practices we’ll do together, learning practical ways to create mindfulness both on and off the mat.
