This class moves at a slower pace to allow time for more instruction on the basic, essential poses of a vinyasa class. This class is perfect for beginners/first timers so you can build the confidence to attend a variety of classes, or for regular yogis who want to slow it down and go back to the basics.

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
