Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of controlled breathing. When we consciously control the flow of breath we have the opportunity to enhance the flow of energy in the body. A regular, balanced pranayama practice increases prana or life energy. Pranayama, like other yogic practices, is about being more fully alive, calming the mind, connecting.

This workshop will include lecture, light asana, breath work and a guided meditation. Suitable for all levels.
