Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that adapts traditional yoga poses and practices to be performed while seated or using a chair for support. It's designed to make yoga accessible to individuals who may have difficulty with mobility, balance, or getting down onto the floor. For students with increased flexibility and mobility, the class offers more unique methods of stretching. 60 minute class.
