As summer wanes on a Super Blue Moon will occur in Aquarius on August 19th. During this special class, Ray will guide you through an intuitive moon vinyasa flow, including a focus on side and backbends as well as nourishing squats and twists, while Hannah plays live blues guitar. The sound, flow, guided meditation and essential oil offering will co-create a sacred safe space to harness in this super blue moon’s energies.
Hannah Pope is a guitarist and songwriter from the Twin Cities. Moving to Chicago for school, Pope graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2022 with a degree in instrumental performance. Pope leads a 9-piece blues-fusion band called Indigo Flood and plays with vocalist M.E.H. performing at venues such as House of Blues, The Metro, and the Epiphany Center of the Arts. Pope released her first full length record with Indigo Flood on February 29, 2024 titled "You To Me Are The Blues".
