Yodega founder, Kara, proudly graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in March 2024. She has invited her classmates and fellow graduates to practice teaching at Yodega with this 60 minute class. All donations received for this class will be given to an organization chosen by the new teacher hosting the class. Christin has chosen Chicago Children's Advocacy Center for this class, which battles abuse and restores the lives of children and families. ChicagCAC is the city's only nonprofit organization that coordinates that efforts of child protection staff, law enforcement professionals, family advocates, medical experts, and mental health clinicians under one roof.
