A Spring Collective Celebration of the Full Flower Moon
The Native Americans referred to the May full moon as the Flower Moon because Spring has reached its peak and the earth is full of blooming flora and growing wildflowers, which then play their part in the life cycle of pollinators. The full moon also illuminates our inner pent up energies.
In the first part of this workshop we will practice visualization meditation and flow through a vinyasa practice.
After the asana practice, Ray will guide us in creating our own living moon mandalas with fresh flowers sourced locally from Emily R. of Verdant Place Co.
