A gentle yet strength-building practice that links breath to movement. This class is accessible to all students, regardless of yoga experience or stage of pregnancy / postpartum. This class will focus on mindful, moderately challenging movement, including strengthening and safe stretching with a short, guided relaxation.

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
