This 45 minute session is a timed workout, full body, with dumbbells. It includes 3 minutes of each of the following categories:
Squats and legs
Back and core
Biceps
Lunges and legs
Shoulders
Triceps
Butt and legs
Chest
Abdominal and core
It starts with a short warm up and ends with 5 minutes of stretching.
