This class builds functional strength and capability in the lower body and integrates the legs and core. Class establishes a foundation of balance and stability focusing first on eliminating exercise compensations, and builds on that foundation to train functional strength. Methods include the use of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells between 3 and 25lbs, steppers, and balance and movement drills. People of any ability level can find appropriate challenge in this class, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
