Join us for a rejuvenating combination Slow Flow and Yin Yoga class designed to harmonize body and mind. This class begins with a generous warm-up to gently awaken the body and prepare it for practice. We then transition into a slow, mindful flow that emphasizes fluid movements and breath awareness, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance.
The second half of the class focuses on longer-held yin poses (3-5 minute holds). These poses target the deeper connective tissues and fascia, helping to release tension, improve joint mobility, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and mindfulness.
This slow moving class is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly!
