This class is designed to enhance your stability, balance, coordination, and strength, in the most important areas of your body when you are on the move, from your point of contact with the ground, to your center of gravity.  The training in this class will help you move on your feet more smoothly, efficiently, effectively, and safely, while you are doing anything from ordinary tasks of daily living to competing in an adventure marathon on rocky trails.   You will be better able to avoid overuse athletic injuries in the lower body, avoid falls, correct muscle imbalances, improve coordination, and make the most of your energy and effort to perform better physically.  Any time you are moving on your feet from point A to point B, you will benefit from having trained from "Floor To Core."
