Strong Foundations is a class for beginning or returning exercisers looking to establish good exercise habits and build muscle strength. Emphasis is on learning proper form to maintain safe and effective training, while building strength within those guidelines. Exercises can include the use of bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells between 2 and 25 pounds, allowing each person to work from where they're at. The spirit of the class is constant, gentle encouragement and challenge to reach a new level, with safety as the priority.
